갤럭시 스마트폰이 내부공유기wifi에 접속된 상태이면 내부주소 http://192.168.X.X/mobile 

이라고 치면되고요.. 외부에서 접속(3G,LTE) 하고 싶으시면 포트포워드를 해야합니다.
