윈도7에서 설치했는데 설정하는 화면이 안들어가지네요

궁금이 *.215.37.193

설치방법 #3번까지 그대로 따라했는데요. 서버이름/mobile 쳐서 들어가면 첨부한 파일에 보이듯이 로그인이 안되네요. 설정창이 안들어가져요. #2에서 하라는 대로 했고 그대로 되있는지 확인했구요. 서버이름도 영문이고. 이유를 모르겠네요. 방화벽에 예외설정도 되있구요.

mobile 폴더에 있는 DB_info.php 파일을 여시고, 설치1번글 에서 설정한 사용자 codi 의 패스워드가 맞는지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
