미수금입금, 금액환불의 경우 코디에서 환자수로 잡히는 문제가 있습니다ㅜ

안녕하세요. 항상 감사한 마음으로 코디 이용하고 있습니다.


어제 환불과 미수금 수납이 여러건 있었는데 이 경우에도 코디에서 환자수로 잡아버려서 어제 환자수가 코디에서 너무 많이 집계가 되었습니다.


코디에서 환자 평균보기 등의 기능을 잘 이용하고 있었기 때문에 환불이나 미수금 수납이 환자수로 잡히는 문제에 대해 제가 한의맥이나 코디에서 교정할 수 있는 부분이 있을까요??

한의원 특성상 보험환자만 집계하는 것이 아니라 비보험(탕약) 환자도 집계하여야 하는데.. 

저장되는 데이터만으로는 환불 및 미수금 수납을 구별하기 어렵습니다. 

일단 저는 미수금수납도 한의원에 매출을 발생시킨거니 내원환자수에 포함된다고 생각하고요

환불에 있어서는 해당 날짜로 가서 해당치료를 삭제해서 총월매출을 맞춥니다. 

정확한 내원환자수를 원하신다면 미수금수납후 2-3일이 지난후에  미수금발생날짜의 수납을 완납처리하고 

미수금납부일의 납부내역을 삭제하여 총월매출을 맞추면되긴하는데 카드나 현금영수증날짜와 맞지 않게됩니다.
